submissions criteria.

Submissions are open from the 1st of March to the 31st of March, 2026.

  • Fill out the form below.

  • Photographers can enter as many times as they want in all categories.

  • Each photo needs to be send individually.

  • Photos are to be submitted in Jpeg. Max size 15MB.​​

  • Please are to be labelled with the following information: Photographer name - Category - Title of the photo.

  • Entrants may apply standard post-processing adjustments (exposure, contrast, colour balance, sharpening, cropping and minor clean-up). However, Images must not be digitally altered beyond basic optimisation. The addition, removal or replacement of elements, compositing, significant background alteration, or any AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

  • Compositing will be accepted in the categories of Creative, Landscape and Nature.

  • 21 Finalists will be required to send a print ready file and the raw file for authenticity checks.

Submissions are unlimited. Each Submission costs AUD$10. For every submission, a new form must be filled out. Apply code GCPA-EBIRD at checkout to pay $5 per entry until the 10th of March!
